The buildings of this former slave and sugar
plantation are now managed by the community groups based in the area. The Environmental Park Group holds a secure lease agreement
with the government agency responsible for the area.
Two magnificent evergreen trees adorn the plantation
yard, having witnessed and survived several tropical storms and hurricanes.
